Menahem Shlomo Law Office attaches the highest importance to providing equal and accessible service to the entire public, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment to accessibility

We act to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and we invest effort and resources so that the website and the services provided through it are accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments on the website

The website was built with the aim of meeting the WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines at level AA, and in accordance with the Israeli Standard (IS 5568). The adjustments made include:

  • A clear, semantic page structure, with hierarchical headings and defined navigation regions
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a prominent focus indicator
  • Color contrast that meets the requirements of the standard
  • Alternative text for graphic elements and clear labels for form fields
  • Support for reducing and enlarging text through the browser
  • Reduced animation for users who have set a reduced-motion preference
  • The website is adapted for viewing in common browsers and on mobile devices

The website's accessibility menu

Every page of the website displays a fixed accessibility button (in the bottom corner of the screen), which opens a personal adjustments menu that includes: enlarging and reducing text, dark contrast mode, light contrast mode, link highlighting, switching to a readable font, stopping animations, an enlarged mouse cursor, and resetting all adjustments. Your selection is saved only on your device using local storage (localStorage), for this operational purpose only, and is not transferred to us or to any third party.

Disclaimer

Despite our efforts to make all pages of the website accessible, some pages or components may be found that have not yet been made fully accessible, or for which no suitable technological solution has been found. We continue to work to improve the website's accessibility as part of our commitment to enabling its use by the entire population.

In September 2026 an internal accessibility review of the website was carried out against the WCAG 2.1 standard at level AA. It included measuring contrast ratios, examining the semantic structure, field labels, form error identification and the size of touch targets. The deficiencies found were corrected. However, as of the date of publication of this statement, the website has not yet been reviewed by a certified service accessibility auditor, and an internal review is not a substitute for such a review. The office operates under the temporary exemption set in the Regulations for businesses whose average annual turnover does not exceed ILS 120,000, and nevertheless chose to implement the accessibility adjustments detailed above out of a commitment to equal service.
